Growing up on the northern Spanish coast, I was raised on a Mediterranean diet where freshness, colour and variety are important aspects in the food culture. In my early 20's I experienced the powerful impact of good nutrition on my own health, instilling in me a huge appreciation for the role played by optimal nutrition in establishing a healthy, happy and balanced lifestyle. I thoroughly believe that the best preventative to physical, psychological and emotional issues is through optimal nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
